Nice knife block, excellent customer service : Magnetic Bamboo Knife Block
No complaints here, really. Arrived in a timely manner in good condition; functions as promised. My only quibble arose when I was first loading the knives in the slots -- the whole thing slid down the side of my refrigerator a couple inches. This has not happened again under normal usage, so my slight nervousness about the effectiveness of the magnets is probably unwarranted.
Update: 9 months later, no complaints. Nervousness unwarranted.
